I’ve been having a few conversations with people who do a lot of yoga or other martial arts and when they ask me what “Qi Gong Exercises” they should do to add to their daily 2 hour routine, my response looks more like the above little video.

It’s not really about doing more exercises or secret handshakes. It’s about the awareness. YOUR AWARENESS. YOUR CONNECTION TO THE INFINITE. YOUR INFINITE SELF. DIVINE INFINITE.
That’s really the intention behind when I say often. Qi gong is designed to be done 24/7. It’s not really about any one exercise or secret formula. And that’s what makes it so hard to actually do.
Many people tell me that they are already doing it all the time, yet when we stand together and “practice qi gong” they realise that maybe they are not doing it as much as they think they are.
